Generally positive
Good things:
- faces away from the street so it is quiet
- convenient location for NYU
- interesting area between Astor Place and EV
- updated appliances (with dishwasher)/floors
- price seems pretty good for the area
- two closets
Not so good things:
- quite small (plenty for me)
- occasionally smell smoke from the downstairs neighbor
