Sanctuary Apartments Review

Although the apartment complex is located only a few short miles away from Lewis & Clark, along the scenic Greenway Trail-- go live anywhere else. The property managers are absolutely terrible. From a complete lack of care about masks and sanitation during the Covid Pandemic, to rude emails and threats of "24-hour entry notices" for no apparent reason, this apartment complex could not be a worse decision. The managers further made the unilateral decision that all units in the building should be equipped with "electronic locks," which provide feedback on the residents coming and going to the management company-- without any input from their tenants. The management is somehow both micromanaging of their tenants as well as completely checked out. Go find a better place to live.
