Nice Apartment Okay Location

Recently redone apartments with new appliances, very hands-off management. Building has gas wall heaters only. Respectful in-building community. Key entry front door and package receiving area. Lots of street parking near building, always available. Interesting location--walkable to MODA center, some nearby cafes. City traffic noise from highways. Area is semi-safe, is not patrolled by police and has several motorhome/RV encampments nearby. Vandalism is a semi-common occurrence.
