Meetinghouse Apartment in Sellwood
I love living here so far. I know it’s a little expensive for a studio apartment but worth it. I love the area, I never have an issue finding street parking, maintenance is super responsive and helpful, the apartment units themselves and the building as a whole is really nice, and it’s only 15 minutes from campus.

Great location
I like living at Meetinghouse because it's in a great location—Sellwood. The building is walking distance from a grocery store, pharmacy, and Milwaukie Avenue—which in Sellwood is littered with local restaurants, bars, and other shops; there's also a farmers market on Saturdays. Management is responsive and considerate of tenants. The rent is a little higher than I'd like for what's not included—utilities, parking, internet, cable—but it's a safe neighborhood and great location. Meetinghouse also has free restricted-access bike storage.
