Lots of perks for the price
The Acton Apartments are nothing fancy by today's standards, but there are many perks. For example, we have a view of Mt. Rainier out our huge south facing windows. Our living room/kitchen has wrap around windows providing a 270 degree view. The units have spacious bedrooms, many have dishwashers, and the kitchens are large. The manager is also very nice, follows the law, and arranges maintenance work quickly.
The best thing is living four blocks from the Roosevelt light rail. We are also a quick walk away from many bus stops, Whole Foods, coffee shops, restaurants, Ravenna Park, and a drug store.
