Overall, this apartment is great for the low maintenance resident. It is pretty outdated and not the newest fixtures but it does the job. The highlight of living here is that the parking is gated and you have an assigned spot, plus elevators in every building. Location is very close to 2 different bus lines that go straight to campus, easy access to I-5 for exploring the area by car, and very close to grocery and tons of food options. I also recommend this apartment for families because the local Elementary school is wonderful and newly renovated. You will likely hear your neighbors upstairs or through the walls but from my experience, most people are really quiet. People generally keep to themselves. If you're looking for a social complex where everyone knows each other, this is not it. I rarely, if ever, see my neighbors. You rarely, if ever, hear loud music in the whole complex and residents are quiet as well (no yelling in the parking lot or anything wild). Internet is stable in the building and easy to hook up. Pets are allowed with a fee. Perks are that maintenance is quick to respond and the building manager is on-site every single day and she is actually really helpful. One final note: there is no package theft because the mail room is kept secure and they have a parcel locker that the building manager will put your packages in when they arrive.
