3rd floor walk-up

Good place for a first-time apartment! Bi-level location with each bedroom having a private full bath. It is on the third floor so if there are mobility concerns keep that in mind. The front door to the building is a two-lock system (front door, mail area, second door). Laundry is in the basement and coin-operated(unfinished but secure with no doors to the outside and guarded windows). There are some cracks in the walls and ceiling but nothing to let in any elements and are more likely due to building age (built in 1880)
