Amazing building, horrible management

The apartments are super new and nice, and much cheaper than anything you would find in Center City. It's also a lot more space than you would get elsewhere, and there are tons of outdoor spaces for dog owners which is really hard to find in Philly. The management is uniquely awful to deal with, however, as they make a lot of errors and are extremely hard to get ahold of/rude. I still think it's worth it if you want to save money :)
