Management Doesn't Listen
Lived here for two years, the first year was alright but the second year we had incredibly loud neighbors -- music so loud it may as well have been in our apartment, screaming, fighting, banging, and loud TV. We spent over six months reporting the issue to management who belittled our experience and told us if it was really such a problem to call the police. In general, management has very little concern over tenants. At one point, someone attempted to steal my car (be careful about parking in the area!) and when I informed management so that they could let other tenants know about this safety concern, they did absolutely nothing. Would not recommend this place, consider renting somewhere else. Only positive is that they are flexible about pets.

Used to be better and walls are thin
Between 2017-2021 I would have rated this apartment complex a 9. This is my second apartment since 2017. Remington Gardens do not care how long you have been a resident, they will treat you as if you just left your parents house. It feels like dorm living rather than an apartment. I honestly liked the previous owners better. You wouldn’t hear from the previous owners unless you contacted them for a maintenance repair. As a resident, I don’t want promotional text, reminders about how to live in an apartment, etc. It feels like dorm living more than anything. So many people have moved out because the changes in management. Walls are completely thin. You can hear your neighbor snore! I sleep with earplugs because they moved a college student over my head with wooden floors. On the weekend I do not sleep in due to being on my upstairs neighbors wake up schedule. I hear everything.

Okay to live there with few issues
I've been a resident at Remington Gardens for about 10 years now. The previous management office left much to be desired, neglecting the upkeep of the complex. However, since S&R took over, there's been a noticeable improvement in management.
The area itself is peaceful with minimal traffic, creating a quiet and safe environment. Unfortunately, there are issues with some residents. A few individuals smoke marijuana, and the smell often permeates the building. Additionally, some residents are inconsiderate, hosting noisy parties and playing loud music regularly. Parking can also be problematic as some residents don't park considerately.
Another drawback is that heat and hot water aren't included in the rent, making it quite expensive. Despite these drawbacks, I still appreciate living at Remington Gardens.
