Fox Lake Apartment Homes

I love the grounds: there's a trail around the lake and a dog park I use multiple times a day. However, they increase rent every year/lease renewal.

I enjoy Fox Lake, it was super easy to rent from them and took us less than 2 days to get a lease from the day that we toured. Renee in the front office has an attitude and is very difficult, but our leasing agent, Drew was wonderful. It's very quiet, very well priced, and perfect location. Roughly 15-20 minutes from campus in the morning (if you get on the interstate before 7:35 a.m.) and roughly 7 minutes from West Town mall.

Fox Lake Apartments are located in the Cedar Bluff area of West Knoxville. Cedar Bluff is a great area to live in. It is safe neighborhood with many families living here. While the complex is not gated, there have never been safety problems here. The only downsides of this complex are thin walls, no washer/dryer, and the commute. The walls of this apartment complex are thin so sometimes if you are playing loud music then it can be distracting to neighbors. However, most of the time the thin walls aren't that big of an issue. The apartments in this complex do not come with a washer/dryer; however, they do have W/D hookups, so you can buy your own, or you can use the community laundry. The drive to campus from here is about 18-20 mins. Therefore, you will have to use the interstate to get to campus but the commute is totally do able. Overall, the complex is great. Maintenance requests sent via the app are usually completed within 24 hours. There are no pest problems.

Fox Lake apartments are amazing! Dorothy, the property manager, is very organized and precise. The maintenance team is timely and polite and always fix issues within 24 hours. The apartments are spacious and well insulated. There are no parking issues. This complex has lots of couples and young families, so there is rarely noise. Even when there is, it is in the mornings due to groundskeepers. Lots of amenities offered. Convenient location in West Knoxville. Very safe.
