The Views at Elm Grove
Maintenance is superb. They fix problems fast. Kandi that works in leasing is very nice. She will always take your complaints and deal with them asap. The gym is small but good for someone who just likes free weights and some cardio equipment. There is a pool that is well-maintained. There is a gate entry/exit, which I really like for safety. You are allowed two pets. This is my second year here and for the price, size, and quick maintenance response. I am very happy. It is located in Halls, but closer to Fountain City than Halls. It takes me about 15 mins to get to school.
