Great apartment and management company

I really enjoy this apartment. Even though it is located in Fort Sanders, this apartment does not house many college students so it is a nice environment. The office management and cleaning lady are super nice, know who you are, and are very helpful. The one negative of this apartment is parking because parking this close to downtown and across from UT can be a nightmare, especially on football game weekends.
The apartment itself is an older building but they have done some updates so it is nice. It also has a pool.
