Armature at West Jackson Row Review
The property management is phenomenal and super responsive. Specifically Ann Marie Tugwell. She treats student tenants as if they are her grandchildren and help them as much as they need. Any time there is an issue going on, maintenance will be there to fix it immediately. If maintenance is going on throughout the entire apartment complex, you will be notified of it. Also, if you pay your rent 6 months or a year up to advance you get a discount, which is great with the grad plus loan for graduate students. The location is great with all fun things to do in Knoxville and walking distance to the school. The apartments are not your cookie cutter apartments, they are very industrial. For a downtown apartment, this is one of the cheapest places to live.
