Responsive Staff and Close to Campus
The maintenance team at this property is incredibly quick to respond, even for small issues. (I have reported four small maintenance issues all of which have been resolved within 24 hours.) The property is close to UAB campus and I often walk to work when it is not raining. The area is reasonably safe, though I generally avoid going out at night. The main downside is the other tenants; people often make noise in the parking lot late at night, but if you are a heavy sleeper like me, this usually isn't a problem. There is a laundry room on site, but machines are often broken and the room is usually dirty.
