nice, but outdated

It looks like appliance wise nothing has been updated for decades. Also, they do very little to continue to improve the property for safety. I really love my apartment, but have had issues with lights out, homeless people sleeping on my door, people trying to break in, etc. Doors to the hallways have no locks on them allowing people to approach your door.

Management is good compared to other places I've lived and the apartment itself is great for the money
