Great Spot
Great location geographically. I rarely have to use my car, so much is within walking distance. though I am surrounded by undergrads. Usually its no problem, but gamedays and other party occasions can be loud. The house is old, so it has typical old house problems like insulation, creaking floorboards, etc. There's a sauna in the basement. Landlords are nice and responsive.
