It's been good, better than I get in the city for the value, particularly the amount of space I have. I have full studio to myself, and I have more than enough space for another person (a huge bathroom with a soaking tub, a proper walk in closet, laundry in unit, dishwasher, floor to ceilings windows, etc --and this is all within the unit). There is also rooftop space, a business center, a game center, a gym, and a doorman.
