Jadam Condominiums
Renting from a couple that owns the condo unit. There's large washers and dryers in the basement that you can pay for, and some units have them in-unit. Doormen are great. Pre-war building. Not pet-friendly unless service or emotional support animal. Approval process by the building's Board also takes a while.
