Very Convenient

Having parking in Koreatown is already one of the best things you can find in an apartment. No elevator, but only a couple of units, so not difficult to move around. Size of the unit is perfect for 2-4 people, some issues - mainly having to do with replacing older structures like window seals, balcony roofing, etc. Very quiet place & landlord/rental agents are great with communicating and following up.
