Rented Condo in the North

Fantastic condo. Rented privately by the condo owner who is another grad student the university. The arrangement is more informal (still a lease, etc) but I live with my landlord. I have 1 of 2 bedrooms and 1 of 2 bathrooms.

Pets not allowed by the condo association. No management company for renting since most are owner occupied.
