Stay Away

Maintenance is awful, management is even worse. Appliances consistently break and the complex is poorly maintained. Maintenance has entered and left our apartment without locking the door on more than one occasion. This is particularly concerning because the complex has received complaints about strangers entering homes with unlocked doors. The complex is gated, however, the gate rarely functions properly and is often wide open overnight.

Affordable Housing

Rent is on the cheaper side. Some units are stand alone, while some aren’t. There is a shuttle to campus and a business center on property. Pretty decent for the price.
