Apartment
It is a good apartment building in a safe neighborhood. It is updated, clean and has laundry in the building that is easy to use and doesn't require coins. I think it is a little pricey for the building itself since it doesn't include anything except rent and water. The manager is easy to reach and there are not too many issues with the place.

Lots of Issues Popping Up
We had to go through 5 drafts of the lease because they kept making mistakes. Should've been our first red flag. Had to set up own utilities. Not accessible for disabled people. Flooded with sewage while I was on vacation, and they are not covering my loss to personal property, so I'm waiting for my renters insurance to reply to me still months later. Possibly termites. Have to nag to get maintenance requests fixed. Terrible cell service. Dryer does not work, and the single washer/dryer for the whole building is in the garage.
