Great Location + Fair Price
Arlington Court is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the law school, is right across the street from Pav and the Jeffersonian, but the rental price is much cheaper. I pay $900 for my portion of the rent, where a 2 bedroom at the Pavilion would be much more.
Cons- Shared bathroom, but there is a half bath downstairs. Older building, no pool or gym, but there is an in unit washer/dryer. Also, each unit is individually owned, so depending on how well your landlord has taken care of the place, the place can be in varying conditions.

Arlington Court
I really love living here. My townhome is pretty old and slightly dingy, but spacious and comfortable.

Walkable!
For what you pay for, it's a good economical option that's walkable to the Law School.

Goldilocks
Arlington Court is a fantastic place to live. It's very close to the law school, with spacious floor plans, good storage, and private landlords (who are usually much more responsive than, for example, Pav management). Some of the apartments differ from one another, as some landlords have chosen to renovate and some have not. For the most part, appliances are not brand new but work well. Laundry is in-unit unless you have a one-bedroom, then it's across the parking lot.
Parking is included and for my apartment, water is as well. Our price is great for a two-bedroom and we usually pay anywhere from $100-250 per person in utilities (electric, gas, cable/internet), only hitting that upper end in August if it's especially hot. Very few complaints, nice neighbors, my roommate and I definitely plan to stay here for the foreseeable future.
If you really want a pool or a gym in your complex, this is not the place for you. UVA's rec centers are fantastic and one of them (North Grounds Rec) is less than a 10-minute walk away, so it hasn't affected me much at all.

Arlington Court Condos
These apartments are a bit dated/cheap, but they work great as student housing. I feel super lucky to have secured one, however, because there are not very many housing options within walking distance of the law school (I don't have a car) and it's much more affordable than the pavilion. But it did take me a long time to comb through Craigslist, Zillow, Apartments.com, etc. and find something that would work.

Love it!
No complaints! In unit washer/dryer, as close to law school as you can get, large space compared to other complexes nearby. Quiet and close to everything. Very cheap compared to pavilion, but close enough to still walk to social events etc.

Very happy with this apartment
It is reasonably priced and is only a 5-minute walk to both the law school and Barracks shopping center. The only issue is that the one-bedrooms don't have laundry machines. My unit doesn't have a dishwasher, but I am not sure if this is the same for all one-bedrooms.

Reasonably priced, spacious, sunny, and close to the law school
I highly recommend people to consider a condo in Arlington Court if you are able to find one. They are owned by individual landlords, so make sure you like the landlord. The floorplans are spacious and generally the apartments are quite sunny due to the big windows. There is one very large bedroom and one smaller bedroom, so you will need to divide rent accordingly if you have a housemate (there are also a few basement one-bed apartments). Updates vary, since they are individual landlords, so I recommend touring or getting pictures ahead of time. I believe most of the apartments are also hardwood floors. I have had no noise issues or problems with parking. The condos are very close to the law school, too. Only problems: Mail delivery sometimes gets mixed up because of the confusing addresses; and the second floors of the apartments tend to be on the warmer side (especially in the larger bedroom if you get a lot of sunlight).
