Good with some quirks
Lived in the apartment for 2 years at this point. 4 years of law students lived here before, so it's a little run down and had weird plumbing issues and other damages come up. Landlord is mostly responsive, but just a weird guy and often in garage rummaging around or getting massage in driveway. Otherwise, great house with a pool and close to campus.
