Private townhome rental found through Zillow

The Granville Townhomes is an amazing community located ~4 miles east of campus. My partner and I are renting a 2 bed, 1 bath unit from a private couple through Zillow. I've had such a better experience renting directly from the owner, as opposed to giant apartment complexes. The townhome is personalized, updated, and in great condition. I highly recommend this community, part of town, and renting directly.
