Affordable and in a great location

This is my second year at this location and my rent stayed the same. Sometimes the hot water is shut off, but other than that, there have been no maintenance issues. The building management is prompt with resolving issues and communicating.
The location remains the best aspect of this apartment. I love Cap Hill and how easy it is to get to LoDo, RiNo, South Broadway, and DU via bike.

Great location and nice neighbors

Renting in a building where others own helps make the community collectively responsible for the condition of the building. Free laundry is a nice plus. I love the location because it is a 10-minute bike ride to downtown and 25-minute ride to DU. There is also a gym and my unit comes with a storage locker.

Renting a condo has its pros and cons

The individual nature of renting from a couple who used to live in this condo is better than dealing with bureaucracy of a company, but it also means they are not always responsive or professional about all aspects of property management.
