A practical place to live in
I rented a four-bedroom/bathroom apartment at The Park Hillside. Overall it is a good place to live in for the value. But please be aware, the rooms are small and public transport stops running at night and during weekends.

Affordable and decent housing
The apartment is kind of old and does have some issues that comes with that- some water issues but for the price, the apartment is worth it. It comes furnished and it is decent given you have your own room and bathroom. Some rooms are more spacious than others so pick wisely. It is about 10 minutes from campus so if you have a car it is nice. Otherwise, the UGA bus is there but only runs till a certain time in the evening.
