Solid apartment
12-15 minute walk to campus, plenty of space for what I have needed, balcony is available where I can grill and take in some sun, parking is included, and management does a good job.

Good price, good area
The appartement is great regarding size area and price. It is a little old, but I don't mind that besides the windows, which could be better isolated and could be better in keeping the noise out.
