Great overall, only minor issues and very expensive
While the apartments are very nice, the bedrooms are disproportionate in size. My roommate's apartment is very large while my room is very small. Other than that, maintenance is quick to fix things, the appliances work well and are brand new, the apartments are brand new, you get a valet trash service, and more. They do charge for a lot of extra things, such as water and other utilities (not included), you need to pay a third party for electricity and internet, and you have to pay a lot for parking. You can only, howver, pay for one parking space meaning if you have a roommate, the other person has to find parking on the streets or in their limited overflow parking area.
