Could be good. Just run down.
When I chose this apartment, I liked it because of its location and equal proximity between CU Boulder and Pearl Street. Biking from this complex makes my commute fairly straightforward. However, this is undercut by the state of the complex itself. There are numerous repairs that ought to be done. While it seems like they eventually repair them, they seem woefully understaffed to keep up with the work. Additionally, there are extra expenses that go into rent that make the cost of living in the complex unjustified, in my opinion. Given that my rent does not include any utilities, the unit has no AC for the summer, and odors percolate up to my unit (on the third floor) that require candles/masking odors from time to time. The location makes this place bearable, but I would hesitate to recommend anyone to live at this complex.
