Worst Landlords Ever

Avoid if you can. They will take all your money, barely fix anything and blame you for all. I have never met worst slum lords. They literally pray on students. Worst type of humans. Don’t live in this location or any of their housing. I promise you will regret it.

Good location -- bad apartment

It was a fine place to live M1 year only because there were a ton of other M1s living there so it was great to meet people. (And I think that was only because it was a new house with ability to move there in July which fit with M1 schedule. Now, they moved lease start dates to August). Otherwise, the apt itself was not good. It was super super small with no common storage area. Our main apt door didn't open all the way because it would hit the wall on the other side of the hallway. Then we had steps going down into our apt right when you walked in the door, so it kinda felt like a bunker. There was just one rectangle room that had the kitchen, dining area, and living room and it was barely large enough to be up to code with legal regulations for common living space for 4 people. The bedrooms themselves were fine sized. Was cute to have two little patios. New appliances because it was made in 2021. However, overall, would not live there again and I was very happy to move somewhere new. Would not recommend unless you were super set on living in Kerrytown and there was no other place for 4 people. Was a 15ish min walk from Taubman which was nice though. And super close to cute cafes in Kerrytown.
