Great apartment if you have a partner with income
I've really enjoyed living at this apartment; I love having a pool, and our floorplan is very spacious and we have great high ceilings. I prefer working out at the USC gym to our apartment gym because the USC gym has a wider variety of equipment, but our apartment gym has enough to fill a good workout. It's quite pricey for law students at $3750 for a 2bd, but my partner and I are able to afford this due to his income. It's only a block away from the Expo line, which makes transit to campus extremely easy. It's about 30 minutes from door-to-door.
