Haddonview Apartments

Place is nice, a lot of people visiting say it looks like a hotel. We have doormen at each building and good security. Everyone is super friendly and the HOA has been fighting for rent control so our rent doesn’t increase as much every year compared to others in my class. The walls are thicker than most apartments do noise isn’t an issue and we also don’t have to worry too much when we have people over. The rent is really good for the square footage and it’s nice not to have to worry about utilities. Only thing we have to pay for is internet and laundry. Every unit has a balcony to which is nice and they have a pool in the complex if you want to pay for a pass.

I love my apartment. It is safe, they are prompt with any issues and I like the neighborhood but it is a little bit far from campus is the only thing.

The apartments are ideal for students looking to live slightly further away from school, but close to downtown restaurants and transportation. The neighbors are incredibly nice, and there are rarely any noise disruptions. The management is responsive and amiable, and they renovated my apartment before I moved in. Laundry is shared on the first floor, and trash shutes are on each floor. Parking is first-come, first serve, and you have access to the other buildings' lots if you can't find any. The apartments are near a middle and high school, so you might encounter some traffic in the mornings on the way to Rowan (normal commute: 20 minutes, with traffic: 30 minutes).

I love living here. There's abundant parking, and the apartment is very large and spacious. There's also laundry in the building, and management is very nice.
