Expensive but convenient

I like that this apartment is very close to school and a variety of stores. I feel safe inside my apartment. I dislike that the walls are so thin, and that many of my neighbors are very loud, which is not a nice combination. My rent is very expensive--more than I can afford--but I think it is worth the comfort and safety. I live in a unit that faces the pool, which is my absolute least favorite part of the apartment. I highly recommend against living facing the pool because I get no sunlight, and it is very depressing. There are a lot of pets here, which is nice, but there is very limited space for walking my dog.

Great property for grad students

Very close to campus. Some students live there but it is not student housing which is nice because it is very chill.

Pretty good apartment for the area

I love how close the apartment is to school. Some issues include the lack of help in applying, especially for students living solely on a student salary. Also, it can get loud and the walls are thin.
