Affortable Housing 15mins walk from Campus
It overlooks straight to the Dome. Trader Joe is 5 mins walk, Campus is 15 mins walk. Fully furnished apartment with utilities included at a fixed price of $975mo

Home review
The location is good plus maintenance is reasonably quick. But once the maintenance team has just come and replaced my room lamp with the one in front without repairs. Management is reasonably friendly.

ND Apartments Grad Student Review
Very close to campus, easy commute. Nothing extraordinary about the place. But access was my most important consideration and this place is the cheapest option close to Trader Joe's, Eddy's and Campus.

Notre Dame Apartments
A very average apartment in terms of amenities, but the price is hard to beat. Car parking is included in the price. Furniture provided though some of it is quite worn. Good sized apartment and a lot of storage space. Bathroom has a double vanity. Kitchen is a little small but has all the basics. Bedroom is a good size and has a lot of closet space. It's about a 12 minute walk to Mendoza, and feels very safe walking because Notre Dame Avenue is a safe part of town.
