Experience
My experience has been great. The apartment and surroundings are okay and well-maintained. There is a quick response in emergencies such as forgetting the house keys.

good but not amazing
The house is an 8 but we had troubles with the owner.
She refused to clean the house when we arrived and we had to clean the former lessees's mess and dirt.
But the house is big and close to the loop/university.

No complaints. Good location. Central west end is more social, probably about the same price if not a little more expensive for an equivalent apt. Poor natural light and view. Can see directly in to other apartments from all windows

CONVENIENT
I have enjoyed my stay so far but the rent is expensive and I still had to furnish the apartment myself.
