Great Choice!
I've lived in numerous apartments and this is by far one of my favorites. The location is about 15 minutes from campus, the amenities are amazing, and the new management hosts social events as well as occasional yoga events on Saturday mornings. The apartment is across the street from several bars and businesses and is not far from other popular places that are frequented by young adults in midtown. The resident lounge houses a pool table, plenty of seating, tables, and there is a separate study space that is equipped with free printing. The gym is pretty nice and consists of 3 rooms, plenty of equipment, and a smart tv that has fitness exercises programmed on it.

Highly Recommend Broadstone Sawyer Yards!
Broadstone Sawyer Yards is a recently developed apartment and I thoroughly enjoy living there! My commute to campus is approximately 9-11 mins and about 18 minutes with heavy traffic. The management is GREAT, the amenities are beautiful and include study rooms, free printing, gated parking, a social bar, a large lounge / game area, and an expansive pool. There are grocery stores nearby the complex for quick access to food and any household items that you may need. The only complaint that some residents have is that the apartment sits directly next to railroad tracks and trains drive by quite often. Sometimes the horns will sound in the middle of the night and such, but I personally am never bothered by the noise.
