Satisfactory experience at a new building
My personal experience living here has been satisfactory. I would say that the rent is high but I am living in a brand new never lived in apartment so I can't complain about the quality. Trash services and maintenance are very regular and responsive. The pool and amenities are lovely, although my balcony backs onto another building so I don't have a view or much sunlight. It's a decent area for walking my dog, the neighborhood is a mix of new and older developments and the people are nice. Some people have complained about the security situation especially in the parking garage. So far my car hasn't been touched but the doors don't always close all the way so that's a bit of a concern. Overall, I have few complaints other than some kinks like the fire alarm going off due to it being a new building.
