Great apartments for single person/couple
This is my second year living in this apartment with my husband. It is a perfect walking distance from the law school (about 10 minutes). The landlord/owner of the apartments is very nice and responsive to residents’ needs. All apartments (about 25/30 of them) are single bed, single bath. The apartments were renovated about five years ago, and all the kitchen appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and oven) are up to date and stainless steel. The only downside is that it does not have in-unit laundry, but there is a laundry room on-site, and there is never any issue with laundry room availability.

Clean, renovated, and close to school
Jay, the owner of these apartments, is one of the best landlords I have ever had. He is reasonable and always stays on top of repairs and other tenant needs. Rent is extremely reasonable. The apartments are clean and recently renovated. All in, my costs average about $1400/month. The apartments are only a 5-minute walk from the law school. I couldn't recommend this building more highly.
