Great Location, Great Management
I love it here. Extremely renter friendly. I love my neighbors, I can’t hear any noise above or below my unit, and it’s walking-distance to the school. The only downside is that electricity has been very expensive.

Great Apartment
The apartment complex is a great one to live in. Rooms and hallways are clean. Carpet was brand new upon move-in day. Appliances all work well, and maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues. It is in a great location near a lot of restaurants and bars. The only thing that I don't like about our apartment complex is that it is pretty thin-walled, making it easy to hear next-door and upstairs neighbors along with any cars or trucks passing along outside.

Great management. Love my apartment. Also can get delivered packages after office hours through a locker system they have... convenient.

Overall, excellent place to live.
Pros:
- Quiet
- Balcony option
- In-house washer and dryer
- Central air
- Spacious bedroom and bathroom
- Plenty of closet space
- Free parking
- Gym access, it is small, but gets the job done
- Package lockers with email/text code
- Secure fob for apartment building/amenity access
- Pool space and community area
- The hallways and stairwells are clean and do not smell
- Within walking distance to Drexel Medical School and Penn Ave
Cons:
- Expensive
- Sometimes getting a cart to bring in groceries is hard to find. The carts may be on the ground floor outside the elevators, or on another floor.
- Water pressure was initially an issue, but can change shower head for better experience
- Garbage disposal issue, sink sometimes smells when dishwasher runs
- Sometimes hard to find parking in main lot after 8 pm
- Maintenance requests vary in their response time (24 hours-3 days)
