Love location and property but management is bad
One Athens is a great property and very close to the school but CollegeTown Properties management is horrendous.

Brand New Building
The company finished building these apartments the day before move-in this year. There are pros and cons with that. Everything is new and clean, but there are some unfinished pieces and it’s impossible to get maintenance to come.
There are also issues with uninvited visitors walking in off the streets and harassing residents. The cops have been called twice in the past two months.
That being said, I’m living here again next year because the apartment is nice and it’s working ok for me.
