Lakewood Park Apartments

I love living at Lakewood! Though it is expensive, I love the amount of space and always feel safe. It is also in a great location, I am 10 minutes from campus and close to a lot of great places on Richmond Road.

The Lakewood park apartments are great they are very spacious, clean, and the office works well with medical students making it easy to get an apartment. Living near the lakes gives opportunities for nice scenic walks and the kitchens are big. Much better than an college apartment complex because it’s much quieter and cleaner

Excellent apartments which are very spacious and cost effective. Does require you to rent or purchase your own washer and dryer. Quite and safe neighborhood only 10min drive to campus.

Large kitchen and living space. Only 10 minute drive to campus. It isn’t affordable to live there alone with loans but is doable with roommates.

I love living at Lakewood, it is a safe property and I have never had issues with surrounding noise or maintenance/management. There were a couple issues with the front door the day I moved in, but they got it fixed immediately. Though it is pricey, the large floor plan more than makes up for it. And, it is only a ~10 min drive to campus so you get separation from school but are not too far away. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to live alone if you can afford to spend a bit more! I will for sure be renewing my lease here.

It is a really nice place, quiet and maintenance is on top of things if you need them. Its only about 10 minutes from Kroger Field.

Great place and safe location. Great price for the square footage. Large kitchen with lots of counter space and storageRight off Richmond Road. Takes about 8-10 minutes to drive to campus. You could probably bike to campus as well in a reasonable amount of time. Has a pool that is open in the summer and a gym open 24/7. Plenty of parking for you and guests 24/7. In a nice neighborhood to run in. A little wooded park right next to the complex. Walls are decently thick and you don't hear your neighbors that often. Variety of tenets, including families, young professionals, elderly, and college students. Great place for pets. They are going to put in a dog park on the complex this year. And the last day the pool is open, they allow everyone to bring their dogs! As far as negative experiences go, I will say the management is sometimes slow at communication. This isn't an issue when it comes to maintenance. Depending on your building and which side you are on, if you like to grow plants on the balcony, you may not get that much sun light.
