Super convenient!

I live 3 miles from the hospital/med school. Even though I own my apartment, building management does maintenance of HVACs like filter changes, regular pest control (which I haven't had issues with), and the building manager is always happy to check out anything else and provide contact information for contractors. HOA fees cover all utilities, so you can run the dishwasher 10 times a day if you want and not pay extra. There's also key fob access only to the building and pool for security. My only issue is not having washing machines in unit and having to pay to use the ones on the first floor.
