Quiet, Large Units, & Well Kept
This complex is average price for the area and has rent specials frequently. One mile south of the law school building. The units are 850 square feet for a one bedroom which is unusually large for Santa Clara. There is an outdoor pool and the community area gardens are very well kept. Next to a gas station, a bar, a Chinese food restaurant, Starbucks, etc yet is very quiet. Mostly families and young professionals live there. There is a community gym (minimal but free to use) and community laundry rooms. Never had issues with the area / break ins. Very safe and also easy walk to the law school. There are also 2 ducks that live in the garden, a cat that wanders, and lots of dogs in the complex so it’s very pet friendly. I couldn’t recommend this apartment more
