Alton Woods

My partner and I love our apartment and the company that manages it. When we moved it it was clean, spacious, and a really good price for the area. The rent increase this year was more than reasonable, and the company is SUPER responsive to maintenance requests and whatnot. They have their own plows and everything so it's never an issue when it snows here, and things get fixed within a day or two of us putting in a request. We haven't had issues with any of the appliances either. I love the community in my building as well!!!

The apartments are older, so there are some problems that come with that. For example, my plumbing has had some issues. But management is fairly prompt and the issues have been few and far between!

The baseboard heating is very expensive.

Great place to live located near Walmart, Target and various stores and restaurants. Offers everything you need. Silent place and good amenities.

I've lived here for over 2 years now and I love it! The apartments are very clean and spacious. My neighbors are older so things are pretty quiet. We also have a balcony that is pretty nice. The cons are that storage isn't great, the apartments are old, and the gym isn't incredible. That being said there are a lot of cool amenities like a tennis court, a swimming pool and a lot of parking spaces.

Nice quiet building. Coin laundry only. On site gym, pool, and community space area. Also on site car wash area during summer months.

My boyfriend and I really love Alton woods, it's pet friendly there and we really enjoy the community. The apartments are clean, they have lots of amenities and services, and the people are really nice

Aside from being a little pricey, the complex is pretty good. They have on-site laundry, a gym, and covered parking (big plus). Living alone and across the river, I feel that it gives me the privacy and distance from the law school that I would like to have.

It’s been great, most of the residents are older so the premises are really quiet. Lot of trees around so it’s pretty. Some issues with laundry (machines won’t work at times) but other than that it’s a great community.

It’s great! Has a pool, gym, and community garden. Good mix of residents- families, older couples, students, etc. Pet friendly. 10min drive to downtown Concord. Close to many grocery stores and restaurants.

Good! Amenities are kind of old but maintenance is really good and the response time is usually very fast
