Do not live here
This is one of the worst places I have ever lived in my life. I have lived in decrepit conditions while in college, places filled with black mold and no insulation. This place is 10x worse than that. The management company is constantly finding excuses to come into your apartment for "inspections", they throw bogus charges at you constantly, and I have had several random roommates that were subsequently evicted for threatening violence against my other roommates. The only silver lining, and the reason I live here, is that rent is 375 a month with all utilities included.
