Experience so far
I have been living in this apartment for about 7 months now. I don't have any major issues as such. Pros: The location is great for the price. I have a very spacious apartment for the amount I pay so close to campus. Cons: The apartment common areas like the laundry room, stairs, and hallways. is not kept clean. Since the building is very old, it has temperature control issues.

Great Place
Seems to be mostly inhabited by graduate students, so the building isn't loud. About as close as you can get to campus without being in the middle of all the undergrads. Easy walking distance to Massachusetts street. Enjoy having washers and dryers in a laundry room in the building.
