Savannah Meadows is really great. It is located near a multitude of grocery stores/shopping locations, conveniently down the road from Peoria Heights (good dining), and is about 10 mins north of campus. It is secluded enough that there is minimal traffic noise and activity. Offers updated units for slightly higher price. Spacious, full (and very large) kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, central heat/AC, walk in closet, and $60/mo for a garage parking spot (+storage space) if available. Also has a on site gym. Only complaint is that maintenance takes time and the landlord is difficult to reach at times.
