CA Flats Apartments - Urban Equity Properties
I love my apartment in downtown Rockford. My building is a newer building managed by Urban Equity Properties - a management company that runs a lot of newer apartment complexes in downtown Rockford. While downtown Rockford is definitely still developing, I feel safe in my building with a parking garage in the basement, elevator, multiple doors that are always locked and very responsive management. The apartments themselves were finished in May 2021 and are very updated/new/clean. There is another medical student in my 18 unit complex as well as multiple residents/healthcare personnel from local hospitals. My building is also pet friendly and close to restaurants/bars in downtown Rockford.
