For the price, I am satisfied with my housing situation. I was annoyed at the beginning of my lease because the housing administrator made it seem as though I could live with my preferred roommates, but this was actually not an option. The leasing office never told me that it would not be possible. I felt like they made it seem as though we could select our roommates so that I could sign the lease. Further, they did not take my roommate interest form into consideration at all. There were too many false promises from this leasing office.

The apartment is really amazing considering how low the rent is. It's not my dream housing, but I've had no major issues, and the rent is so low that I pay extra for covered parking. You can also pay extra to have pets. My only complaint is that they claim to have "roommate matching services", but many tenants renew their lease every year, so matching with roommates to fill an entire unit or to even match with one person is almost impossible unless you sign the lease very early on. Another issue I've had is that the AC units seem to be very sensitive, and can stop working if you turn the temperature too low, or even turn the unit off. It hasn't bugged me too much, but it sucks not to be able to turn the unit off in the winter. The rooms aren't that big, but again, the rent is low, and you have your own bathroom. If you're looking to save money, want your own bedroom/bathroom, and don't mind having housemates you don't know, this spot is ideal.
